Procedures

1. Eligibility

Individuals born between January 1, 1991 and January 1, 2011.

2. Application Period

March 1 (Sat) – August 20 (Wed) at 12 p.m. in Japan Standard Time, 2025.

3. Procedure

Applications can only be made online.

Enter the required information in the entry sheet on the official website (https//www.tipc.jp) and upload the following data (1-3).
The contents of the data files can be modified/updated during the application period (from March 1 to August 20, 2025)

  • ① A performance video file of the repertoire for the Preliminary Section (file format must be MP4, AVI, MOV or WMV)
  • ② An image file of a recent glossy color photograph
    (* Front facing, chest up / Resolution of 300 dpi or more recommended.)
    * The photo will be used for the official competition program and other media purposes.
  • ③ A PDF file of a passport or an official document as evidence of the applicant’s name, nationality, and date of birth.

Remark

  • Insufficient or incomplete applications will not be reviewed in the Preliminary Selection.
  • Applicants should contact the Office if an email confirming application is not received within one week of the application.

4. Payment of Entry Fee

Contestants shall pay a competition entry fee of 20,000 yen via PayPal by December 15, 2025. If the entry fee is not paid by the specified date, the contestant shall be disqualified.
